Terms and conditions

These terms apply to purchases from Landro Lighting at landrolighting.com. Placing an order means you accept them.

All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Prices and stock are shown on the product page and are the prices we charge. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error on our side, we will contact you and either honour it or cancel and refund in full. We will not silently ship a different item or a different quantity.

An order is accepted when we dispatch it, not when it is placed.

Dimensions, lumens, colour temperature, colour rendering and dimming type are published on each product page. Check the size against the room and the dimmer against your wall switch before ordering.

Finishes and glass vary slightly between production runs and look different under different light. If a fixture is not what you expected, that is an ordinary return under the returns policy.

Hardwired fixtures must be installed with the power switched off at the breaker, in accordance with local electrical codes. If you are not confident doing that, use a licensed electrician; in some places the law requires one.

We are not liable for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation, by a fixture connected to a voltage other than the one printed on it, or by a fixture modified after delivery.

Our warranty is set out in full in the returns policy: 3 years against manufacturing defect.

Beyond that warranty, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product it concerns. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We are not running any promotion, discount code, loyalty scheme or referral programme at this time. If we run one, its full terms — eligibility, duration, exclusions and how it ends — will be published on this page before it starts.

We do not operate subscriptions, memberships, auto-renewing plans or free trials. No purchase from this site results in a recurring charge.

We sell only within the United States and do not export. Fixtures are built for 120 V North American wiring unless the product page states a wider range.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which we operate.
