Shipping

Standard shipping is $9.95 and free on orders over $149.00. Expedited is $24.95.

All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Rates are flat regardless of size, so a floor lamp ships for the same as a pack of bulbs.

Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after that go out the next business day. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Standard delivery is 3 to 6 business days within the contiguous United States. Expedited is 2 business days.

Every order ships with a tracking number from a carrier that provides online tracking and delivery confirmation. The number is emailed when the label is first scanned.

The contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Alaska and Hawaii take longer and expedited is not available there.

We do not currently ship outside the United States.

The arc floor lamp and multi-packs of shop lights ship in long cartons and may arrive separately from the rest of an order. We tell you when an order has been split, and there is no extra charge for it.

If tracking has not moved for three business days, email orders@landrolighting.com with the order number. We will open a carrier trace and, if the parcel is not located within five business days, ship a replacement rather than wait for the claim to resolve.

You do not need to chase the carrier yourself.
